Pizza Doc Awards Recognition

In December 2025, Pizzardi Artigianale received the Best International Pizza Maker award at the Pizza DOC Awards in Naples, becoming the first pizzeria in Colombian history to achieve this recognition and the only one selected from the country.

Awarded in Italy, this recognition distinguishes international projects that execute pizza with absolute fidelity to its origin, technical rigor, and consistency at every stage of the process. For Pizzardi, it represents the validation of a path built on respect for Neapolitan tradition, the use of ingredients with Protected Designation of Origin, and a philosophy based on uncompromising excellence.

Receiving this recognition in the place where pizza was born reaffirms our commitment: not to reinterpret tradition, but to preserve it and execute it with authenticity, discipline and deep respect for its history.
