Pizzardi Artigianale was born with the vision of bringing authentic Neapolitan pizza to Colombia. Our mission is to remain true to the Neapolitan heritage in every detail, respecting the traditions that make Neapolitan pizza a true cultural expression.
Every ingredient, from our tomatoes grown in Italy to our protected designation of origin cheeses and our carefully matured dough, reflects a deep commitment to quality and authenticity.

We believe the experience goes beyond pizza. Hospitality is at the heart of everything we do: we want every person who walks through our door to feel welcome, at home, sharing memorable moments around the table.
This dedication to tradition, to the ingredients and to the care of every detail results in a culinary experience that honors Naples and is lived in Bogotá.

Pizzardi x Mancino

The collaboration between Pizzardi Artigianale and Giancarlo Mancino, one of the most influential Italian mixologists in the world, was born with a clear purpose: to take our house cocktails to a more authentic, technical and deeply Italian level.
During his visit to Bogotá, Mancino worked with our team to create an exclusive menu of 16 cocktails, where reinterpreted Italian classics and new creations celebrate the true spirit of the aperitivo.

Chef Pizzaiola – Pizzardi Artigianale

Andrea Bornacelli is the pizza chef and co-founder of Pizzardi Artigianale, a project that was born together with her husband Alejandro Sardi with the dream of bringing authentic Neapolitan pizza and Italian hospitality to Bogotá.
Driven by a deep passion for Italy's culinary traditions, Andrea has dedicated herself to studying, respecting, and sharing the techniques of authentic Neapolitan pizza, working with ingredients imported directly from Italy and meticulously attending to every detail of the process. Andrea was named Brand Ambassador for the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) in Colombia, becoming the first woman in Latin America to receive this recognition.
Under his leadership, Pizzardi Artigianale has been internationally recognized by the 50 Top Pizza guide as the best pizzeria in Colombia and one of the best in Latin America.
Through Pizzardi, Andrea continues to promote the culture of true Neapolitan pizza and create a space where tradition, quality, and hospitality come together around the table.

pizzaiolos trained in the technique of authentic Neapolitan pizza, alongside professionals from
service, administrators and hosts who share the same passion for hospitality.
Each person contributes their dedication so that every detail, from the kitchen to the table, reflects the
Pizzardi spirit: tradition, quality and a warm welcome.
